Sacandaga Bible Conference & Retreat Center in Broadalbin, N.Y., for 75 years has been committed to reaching, discipling and equipping adults and youths with the gospel of Christ through speakers, concerts and activities.
With 144 acres of land, a gymnasium and 500 feet of waterfront, “Sac” helps guests enhance their experience with a variety of outdoor activities, including rock-climbing, boating, high ropes, paintball and crafts.
Accommodations for more than 300 include the recently-renovated, Adirondack-styled Pine Lodge, a 10-unit motel, several seasonal cottages, dormitory facilities and boys cabins accessible only by a hike through the woods. The property also features dozens of RV and tent sites.
The summer season features weeklong programs for families, day campers and overnight campers. Saturday nights are famous for themed smorgasbords and concerts that include such notable artists as Ginger Millerman and Dove-award winner Michael Boggs.
The fall, winter and spring seasons include the Christmas banquet and cantata, Sacandaga Sportsmen’s Day, the fall festival and the fundraising dinner auction.
