SAUSAGE & PEPPERS
Homemade wild boar sausage, Amish-grown onions and bell peppers

RICE & BEANS
Black beans, roasted tomatoes, Creek’s Edge elk, Grumpy Buffalo Farm bison

QUACK & CHEESE
Pasta, sharp cheddar sauce, pulled duck, spicy duck-skin breadcrumbs

EDAMAME SUCCOTASH
Jamaican “jerk” rabbit, corn, shelled soybeans, roasted red bell peppers

PERCH CHOWDER
Yellow perch, thick-cut bacon and potatoes in a classic New England-style chowder

CAESAR SALAD
Romaine, Romano cheese, duck-fat croutons

OLIVE OIL FOCACCIA
Our homemade bread — a Sac favorite

DESSERT TABLE
Homemade apple crisp, bread pudding and brownies
