When God gives you an extra appendage … make food art!

We stopped at Anderson Acres, a farmstand on Route 67 near the Charlton Four Corners on Wednesday for tomatoes and beans, but we couldn’t resist dropping $2 to buy this cool eggplant.

It’s not every day your eggplant comes with a Pinocchio nose.

As soon as we got home, Julie and Erika went to work on him. He lived comfortably outside on our bench until this morning, when a squirrel or chipmunk decided to eat his eyes.
